NMS – NMS Financial is an Independent Mortgage Advisory Company, and specialises in providing an impartial and independent mortgage planning service for our clients. As well as dealing with our own clients, we also represent many IFA firms within the region and we also work on behalf of several Solicitors firms and Estate Agencies.

Choosing the right mortgage can be bewildering to the consumer. There are many lending houses throughout the UK, offering a variety of mortgage products and schemes at any one point in time. This equates to hundreds of schemes to potentially choose from.

Our Service

Our highly trained mortgage advisers carry out a comprehensive mortgage audit with the client to ascertain their current and future mortgage requirements. Our software system allows quick and easy access to comprehensive information on all residential mortgage products. This produces full search, sourcing and calculation facilities, and printing of penny accurate quotations which comply with the requirements of the Financial Services Authority. Daily updating of the mortgage criteria ensures that we are aware of the latest changes in the market place. A written mortgage pack is then compiled for discussion with the client. If the client is happy to proceed, the mortgage forms are completed and then submitted to the relevant lender for processing. We will keep the client up to date with developments during processing and tracks the application through to completion.

Compliance

Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.

Gary Thorpe t/a NMS Financial is an appointed representitive of First Complete Ltd which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority.

You can pay for our services by fee only. In these circumstances, a typical fee is 2% of the loan payable on completion. You can also pay a reduced fee and we will retain the procuration fee from the lender. A typical fee would then be £295 of the loan. The precise amount will depend on your circumstances.
